Her parents decided to secretly begin giving her canna oils to help with the seizures and tumors in her face. Ever since then, Rylie has become a fierce advocate for canna in her home state of Delaware. At the age of nine, she helped pass a law in Delaware named "Rylie's Law", which allowed children under the age of 18 to use canna oils to treat intractable epilepsy and dystonia.
