My name is Florian Regano and I have been running a patient consultation service on and through the website 420help.de since 2019.

Although this service cannot be monetized and therefore operates voluntarily and on a donation basis, it is really necessary and important in times like Algea Care and what else is inflicted on patients.

I am ultimately here to potentially make new acquaintances and to recruit potential partners for the project.

The idea of being able to live from the consultation at some point, I have given up, as neither importers nor pharmacies are REALLY willing to participate in this help for patients.

I have not yet dared to make the consultation a business in any form, everything is still happening as a private person.

In 2019, 2020, and 2021, I went public with my story in the hope of potentially benefiting from my own case, and I ultimately found a new task and challenge in people contacting me who are in the same situations in life as I was just a few years ago.

I have made the path to cost coverage for the diagnosis of F90.0 (ADHD) reproducible, and in 2022/23 I have been able to obtain 64 cost coverages for patients before the MDK together with the patients, more will follow.
